Our strengths: automation, technical knowledge and Quality Assurance
Our production site has got 29 modern injection moulding machines with tonnage from 40 Ton to 220 Ton. Our plant works on three daily shifts for 5 days a week.
An highly automated drying and distribution system of the granule feeds the department, ensuring high performance of materials and constancy in the process.
During the last 15 years, thanks to the support of expert advisors, our staff has implemented effective solutions and methods for the management of the department, with the approach of the “continuous improvement”.
All production lots are monitored by quality control officers according to control plans shared with the client. Biemmegi ensures traceability of lots, raw materials and controls executed during the production.
In a dedicated equipped area, maximum attention is paid to ordinary maintenance operations, in order to preserve the useful life of the equipment and to maintain on high quality levels the production.
Thanks to the collaboration with external qualified companies, we can manage on behalf of our clients some workings of post-production such as pad printing, serigraphy, painting, chromium plating and metallization.
